Education — the process through which we discover that learning adds quality to our lives.  Excellent teachers make it possible.

Collegial Coaching Module Summary

The Collegial Coaching module is facilitated in individual schools.

We have arranged flexible costing to best suit the needs of smaller schools.
We regard these as essential to embed skills in teachers across the entire school.

Our philosophy does not support “vaccination” programs —
”one shot of a workshop and you’re fixed!”

Embedding skills to the point where they become automatic, subconscious responses is the only way to guarantee excellence and ensure that the professional dollars spent on individuals are retained for the benefit of students and their learning outcomes.

This program provides the opportunity to make permanent change to teaching quality without the ongoing cost of external facilitation. Essentially, we develop teachers to the point where we are no longer needed as facilitators.

Read what trainee coaches have written about the program in feedback comments.

Coaching Module
  • CC-01 Collegial Coaching Training

This additional three day training program (structured as described below) skills teachers to observe each other teaching and develop ways to continuously improve what they are doing in the classroom.
    Code: CC-01 (An In-School program)

    2-day workshop (skill development) $600/person
    (min 6 people, max 16)
    In-class follow-up and supervision $285/person
    (to become certified coach)

Ask about our business plans that see in-school Coach Trainers trained, allowing schools to avoid the facilitation  component of training, paying a small fee for the use of our intellectual property.  This allows schools to develop a long term, economically sustainable program of coach development.

Alternatively, a limited number of schools can become training centres ("ET Program Centres of Excellence in Teaching and Coaching"), enabling them to use their qualified 'Master Coach Trainer' to train staff from other schools at our advertised rate.  This opportunity can provide significant funds that allow the Centre of Excellence school to subsidise other professional development programs.
